# 申請退費步驟

Q: 我該如何申請退費呢？

A: 已報名及完成繳費之學員如欲取消報名，請點選[【退費申請表下載】](https://drive.google.com/file/d/18Ir7VXDZ08iPK1PCeM-sNlcb7gqzxoWb/view?usp=share_link)，並填妥課申請退費表格後，印出簽名，並掃描成電子檔。於上課日前以E-mail方式正式來信通知客服人員，若申請表格中有需要您提供更多詳細資訊，請積極配合回覆。

請注意，因退款程序需確認為本人申請與退款帳戶，課程退費申請書需有本人親筆簽名與帳戶影本，才能受理申請。

申請書若已填妥，為嚴謹確認身份以利後續作業，請使用於購買課程之Email信箱寄信通知客服人員：<service@gtalent.com.tw>。

信件公版如下：

Ｑ:退費申請之後，大數智能教育會以其他方式來與我溝通嗎？

近日詐騙猖獗，大數智能教育平台僅會以電話「02-27718270」或「02-77560799」，或Email與您聯繫退費程序。

其他電話號碼或簡訊方式主動通知退費問題，退費程序皆以信件往來通知，請務必確認收取信件。

Ｑ:我還是沒看到任何信件，我該怎麼辦？

若於收件匣中未看到相關退費信件，可以至垃圾信件匣或其他分類中找尋，為確保能正常收到大數智能教育平台重要通知信件，請將大數智能教育平台設定優先讀取之重要通知寄件人，以確保信件不漏收。
