# 課程的退費政策

Q: 課程還沒開課，但我現在有事情無法上課，因此想要取消上課，但是我已經付錢了，我該怎麼做？

已報名及完成繳費之學員如欲取消報名，請於上課日前以E-mail方式通知業務承辦人，主辦單位將退還90% 課程費用。

 

Q: 課程已經開課了，但我現在有事情無法上課，因此想要中途取消上課，我該怎麼做？

學員於培訓期間如因個人因素無法繼續參與課程，將依課程退費規定辦理之︰上課未逾總時數三分之一，可退還所繳費用二分之一；上課逾總時數三分之一，則不退費。

課程主辦單位保留是否接受報名之權利，若遇不可抗拒之因素，課程主辦單位有保留修訂課程日期及取消課程的最終權利。
